Tryel Killian is a Registered Nurse and an accredited Nurse Injector at XCeed Vitality. Tyrel founded and started XCeed Vitality in 2019. The mission of the practice is balancing your body through cosmetics and IV hydration. He has 13 years of experience of a level 4 trauma Emergency Room nurse. After his experience of helping people during the worst days of their lives, he decided to change the direction of helping others to maintain wellness through preventative medicine.
Tryel received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona. Then he went on to obtain his Medical Aesthetic Certification from the National Institute of Medical Aesthetics in Salt Lake City, Utah, and Las Vegas, Nevada, where he received his Basic Cosmetic Injection Certification, Advanced Cosmetic Injection Certification, and Platelet Rich Plasma and Vampire Certifications.
Tyrel works closely under the supervision and direction of Dr. Kristian Kemp, MD, in both Roosevelt and Vernal locations. Together, their medical director and Tyrel offer a comprehensive approach to facial, sexual, joint and tissue rejuvenation with a wide variety of IV hydration of nutrients and vitamins. IV hydration provides patients with preventative wellness options for optimal results. Tyrel truly exemplifies the mission of the practice, which is to be a positive force in the lives of patients, treat them with genuine kindness and respect, and help them achieve their aesthetic and tissue restoration goals through safe and effective treatments all while maintaining balance in their body.

Tyrel lives in Roosevelt, Utah with his wife, one daughter and twins on the way. He enjoys farming, horseback riding, waterskiing, and spending time with family and friends.
